Not all Shaft Grounding Systems are easy to install. Endbell geometries can play havoc on the installers time and patience. As both field and shop installers, you know what I’m talking about.

There is a better way…

Aaki’s FleXmount™ bracket system has been designed to install on ANY motor endbell.

It’s one thing for me to say it, but it’s an entirely different thing to put my money where my mouth is. So…

Aaki invites you to take the FleXmount™ Challenge.

What is the FleXmount ™ Challenge you ask…

Aaki Corp. guarantees that if the FleXmount™ bracket you bought for your project will not allow you to fit the Aaki MSGM onto your motor, send it back, in any condition, for a full refund.

Simple.

Yes, we know, that’s a big statement, but we stand behind our products. Should our FleXmount™ Bracket not fit the Aaki MSGM to your motor, our engineering team
would really appreciate a discussion with you to understand your challenge. There may be an opportunity to find you a solution and our team is always looking to improve.

Now there are some rules and here is the fine print (sorry, but some conditions apply):

  • Applies for a limited time only. We won’t run this challenge forever…
  • Applies to any FleXmount™ brackets purchased within the last 90 days.
  • Applies only to the FleXmount™ bracket, not other components such as tools, MSGMs, etc.
  • Applies only to the first bracket purchased.
  • Shipping is the responsibility of the FleXmount™ purchaser
  • Motor must have suitable space and access to the motor shaft for the MSGM to fit
  • Endbell must have suitable mounting sites for the FleXmount™ bracket
  • FleXmount™ bracket must be the appropriate shape that most closely will work for your application. (Talk to our support team to help with selecting the appropriate bracket)
  • FleXmount™ bracket must be bent using the Aaki FleXform™ Tool
  • An RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be issued prior to returning the FleXmount™ bracket.
  • Returned part must be accompanied (either physically or by associated email with the following:
  • Pictures of the motor including:
    • Endbell front, side and ISO images
    • Location where the MSGM module was to sit
    • Motor Name plate
    • FleXmount™ bracket part number

We are really excited to offer this challenge, and I hope you accept it. Our goal is to create a shaft grounding system that can be quickly, and cost effectively installed
on ANY motor and to do that we need your expertise and your help, and together, we will be able to do just that.
