FleXform™ Tool

The FleXform™ Tool allows the installer to quickly configure a FleXmount™ bracket to fit our motor shaft grounding module to almost any motor endbell. 

The system consists of a set of dies and a calibration dial that attached to a standard Vise Grip™, making the tool in essence a hand held progressive bending machine.

Using the tool is straightforward:

1. Select the appropriate FleXmount™ bracket for the motor in question
2. Using the chart provided, rotate the bend dial the appropriate number of turns to achieve the desired bend angle
3. Place the FleXmount™ bracket onto the tool’s base over the alignment mark
4. Clamp down on the bracket to bend it to the chosen angle

With a little practice, in just a few minutes, an installer can bend up a bracket precisely and consistently, achieving a professional look and feel that would normally take over an hour to achieve using other methods.
